Mina was first diagnosed with TTP in 1994, beginning a long journey of relapses, difficult treatments, extended recoveries, and emotional strain for both her and her family. Through episodes of TTP and ITP, vision complications, hospital stays, plasmapheresis, immune-suppressing treatments, and uncertainty, Mina relied on the support of loved ones, medical teams, and eventually the Answering TTP Foundation. Her story highlights the importance of awareness, early recognition, connection, and supporting others facing this rare disease.
